PortalPilot ("we", "us") makes a browser extension and related web services that give UK property investors instant deal analysis on listing pages. This page explains what data we collect, why, and who we share it with. It applies to the PortalPilot extension, portalpilot.co.uk, and our API.

We do not read or collect anything from pages other than the three supported property portals, and only while you are viewing a listing page — the extension does not run in the background or track your browsing elsewhere.
We use a small number of service providers to run PortalPilot. Each only receives the data needed for its function:

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how it's processed. To exercise any of these, email hello@portalpilot.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we haven't handled your data properly.
The PortalPilot website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The extension uses your browser's local storage to remember your assumptions and sign-in state — this data stays on your device except where this policy says it's sent to our API.
PortalPilot is intended for adults investing in UK property and is not directed at children.
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially, and post the update here before it takes effect.
